Shipping & Delivery
Purchases are shipped from our facility by our in-house delivery team.

Order deliveries will be made between 10:00 – 18:00 from Saturday to Thursday. Excluding public holidays.

For any complaints with regards to your order (missing items, quality, and delivery issues) please contact customer care via email at sale@YZGrocer.com or via WhatsApp, within one hour of your order delivery for resolution, we will not be liable for any complaint later than that.

Shipping Charges & Minimum Order Value
We ship products throughout UAE and all orders qualify for free shipping. The minimum required order value is AED 99.

Payment Options
YZGrocer is set up to take Cash on delivery (COD). Our drivers do carry change for your convenience.

Pricing Policy
Product prices listed on the website are deemed current. Prices are subject to change without advance notice. All prices on this website are processed in AED. All orders are acknowledged at current pricing, as listed on the website. However, we will bill at the price that is in effect at the time of shipping the order. In case of any possible changes, our customer service team will reach out to you.

Cancellation Policy
If the address given is not in our delivery list of areas or in case of any other unforeseen circumstances, we may cancel the order. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. YZGrocer reserves the right to refuse a customer order at its own discretion.

Return & Refunds 
Our customers are entitled to return the product at the time of delivery if due to some reason they are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product. We will take the returned product back with us and make the necessary adjustments to their order value in case of cash on delivery/process an online refund in case of paid orders.

In case the products have quality issues, YZGrocer will give replacement products equal to the value of damaged products in the next order. There will be no refund for products that have been accepted. While our goal is to ensure the highest level of customer service and quality, there may be certain cases where these grocery items look perfectly fine from the outside and may have some issues when cut later. In these cases, YZGrocer may not be held liable and all the items before supply are quality checked thoroughly and are kept in clean, hygiene, and temperature-controlled areas.
