Purchases are shipped from our facility by our in-house delivery team.
Order deliveries will be made between 10:00 – 18:00 Saturday -to Thursday. Excluding public holidays.
For any complaints with regards to your order (missing items, quality, and delivery issues) please contact customer care via email at grocer@YZGrocer.com or via WhatsApp, within one hour of your order delivery for resolution, we will not be liable for any complaint later than that. Please share some pictures when required so our customer service team can understand your query better and will enable them to find a resolution faster.
Shipping Charges & Minimum Order Value
We ship products throughout UAE and all orders qualify for free shipping. The minimum required order value is AED 99
